Starting September 1, 2026, the Technology for LAG (Local Action Groups) call opens, covering half of the digitalization costs – from hardware and software to cloud tools. A unique opportunity that would be a shame to miss.

The Technology for LAGs call is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises that want to digitalize their operations but are held back by the size of the investment. The subsidy will cover 50% of eligible costs inside the range of CZK 250 thousand to CZK 3 million.

The condition is that the project must be created on the territory of one of the Local Action Groups (LAGs) – there are 180 of them in total in the Czech Republic, and together they cover most regions outside of Prague and cities with over 25,000 inhabitants.

For manufacturing companies with up to 250 employees located outside of major cities, this is one of the few programs where a subsidy can also be obtained for software to digitalize business or production processes.

The program can fund up to half of your investment in a digital showroom, digital twin, 3D configurator, and other innovations

The program supports the acquisition of technologies that will help the company automate or digitalize its operations – from production to communication with customers.

At iShowroom, we manufacture exactly these kinds of products. Thanks to digital showrooms, 3D configurators, or digital twins, you can present your product to the customer right at the first meeting, in any configuration.

How to apply for a grant

How to apply for a grant

First, find out if your business is based in the territory of one of the LAGs (Local Action Groups) – you can find the relevant group on the map on the NS MAS ČR website. Then, contact them with your intention.

The LAG (Local Action Group) must include your project proposal in its plan before you submit your application, so the sooner you get in touch, the better. At the same time, make sure to verify the eligibility of your proposal – especially if it involves a digital or software project.

Applications are then submitted from September 1, 2026, through the ISKP2021+ portal, and the project must be completed by August 31, 2028.

The project intent needs to be prepared before submitting the application in September. If you are thinking about a digital showroom, a 3D configurator, or a digital twin of your products, get in touch. We will go through what would make sense and whether the subsidy covers it.
