SANTAL is a traditional Czech furniture manufacturer with over thirty years of history and an exceptionally wide portfolio. It focuses mainly on school and children's furniture, where it emphasizes ergonomics, a healthy environment, and long durability. Thanks to its own wood and metal production, it can create tailored solutions – from individual products to complete furnishings for classrooms, cabinets, offices, or entire school complexes.
The goal was to create an advanced digital tool primarily designed for the internal sales team of Santalu. It was meant to enable salespeople to effectively and custom design complete school equipment across Europe, including instant visual and technical feedback.
We have created a "virtual model school," where each room represents the optimal solution according to its focus – from corridors, changing rooms, and offices, to the principal's office, specialized classrooms, and laboratories, all the way to the school cafeteria or outdoor playground.
The dealer can first present different families of furniture according to the project's needs when negotiating with the school director. From the same equipment, he will perform a digital measurement of the actual rooms, based on which a model of the school equipped with selected Santalu products will be automatically generated within a few seconds, taking into account the prescribed standards.
The client will thus gain a clear idea of the future appearance of their school during a single meeting, all the necessary information, and the opportunity to immediately confirm the order.
