"Basically, we combine the advantages of contemporary e-commerce and physical presentation at the same time," adds Major, who is also the architect of the individual concepts for iShowroom customers. "We are almost at the end of our first year, and I am satisfied with it. The company is completely self-sufficient and already has long-term clients from whom we constantly seek feedback, which we promptly incorporate into further improvements. Significant foreign brands are starting to approach us as well. Thanks to my experience with technological startups, I wanted to approach things correctly from day one and avoid the mistakes I have witnessed multiple times or made myself," says Major.
"Many entities work with virtual tours, AR, and VR, but iShowroom is something different. It is a multi-platform smart solution aimed at serving customers contactlessly, from A to Z. From perfect project or product sensing through real-time communication with the seller, 3D configuration, creating an order, digital signature to payment," explains Major.
"Each of our 'competitors' only does part of what we do, and when it comes to visuals, which is one of the keys, I really don't know who could come close to us without having to use very powerful stationary hardware. We are able to reach the masses as well," adds the founder modestly.
With his team, Major is currently advancing iShowroom every week and month, working on improving visuals, controlling, reducing data demands, and adding more features. "However, our goal lies completely elsewhere; it is a certain change in thinking and established practices," smiles its creator.
